You might think it would be a little strange to ring in the New Year with a room full of strangers, but we felt right at home with Jess & Joe as well as their family and friends. Sure it rained a little bit…actually A LOT…but that couldn’t put a damper on this NYE celebration. There were so many highlights, but nothing compared to the big announcement they made during the reception. It was so cool to see so many people completely shocked and happy at the news they shared. The party continued well after midnight and we were happy to capture it all. Congrats Jess & Joe!
"Alissa & Kevin found a good way to end their 2018...by getting married!
It was a fantastic (albeit, a little chilly) December day, and the always
beautiful St Rose of Lima church was the perfect backdrop for the
Wilkinsons to say "I do"! After that, it was off to Celebrations where the
room was rocking all night long. Congratulations to Alissa & Kevin
Caitlyn and Andrew had a picture perfect wedding day at the beautiful Holly Hedge Estate. They were willing to brave the cold weather and it paid off big time for them, and the fine folks at The More We See Photography! The Wrights also had the greatest first look of all time, and we're not even exaggerating when we say that. We could go on and on listing every part of their wedding that was just the absolute best, but we feel like letting their highlight video do the talking! Congratulations to Caitlyn for finding Mr Wright...Andrew Wright, that is!"
This wedding was an absolute blast from start to finish, and both Kelly and Matt made us feel right at home. The beautifully decorated William Penn proved to be the perfect setting, and Brian Kirk and the Jirks were incredible, keeping the dance floor packed from start to finish. The crowd went crazy when they played “Santa Claus is Coming to Town”, and the bride and groom were right in the middle of the action from start to finish. What a day!
If rain on your wedding day is good luck, then Rachel & Chad Meyer have
already stocked up on lottery tickets! They got absolutely poured on for
their wedding, but they didn't let it get them down, and it only made their
day even more beautiful! Starting at the amazing St Mary's Church, and
ending at the one and only Reading Art Works, the Meyers took Berks County
by storm, both figuratively and literally. It was an absolute joy to spend
the day with them, as you'll clearly see in their video! Be sure to check
out Rooted Image Photography as well, who very recently featured some great
pictures of these two on Instagram!
We're super grateful when we get to shoot weddings as a result from a
recommendation...we're even more grateful when said wedding ends up being
as amazing as Michele & Joseph Mohan's was! Ladder 22 was ready to party
from minute one, and the day only got better as it went on. St. Richard
Church and The Bradford Estate were beautiful as always, and there were
fire trucks for the photo session in-between! Make sure to check out the
highlight video for some fire dance moves as well (of course we had to make
that pun). Congratulations to Michele & Joseph!
Elyse & Steve hit the beach for their wedding day, and we're sure glad that
they did...this wedding had some of our favorite scenery of the year! It
was a perfect, clear sunset after they exchanged their vows (which had the
whole crowd in tears) and "perfect" is the word we'd use to describe the
whole day! It was great to work with The More We See Photography on this
one, at the beautiful Cape May Convention Hall!
When Cindy & Joseph were planning their mid-November wedding, we bet they
weren't planning on it being a sub-30 degree day, but it was, and they
absolutely did not let that stop them from enjoying Blue Mountain Ski
Resort to the fullest! We were so happy to capture all the sights and
sounds of this stunning mountain wedding, and trust us, there were plenty
of great sights and fantastic sounds. The ceremony was beautiful, and
afterwards, the Garrity's were ready to party; they had some of the best
dance moves ever! Congratulations to Cindy & Joseph Garrity!
We were thrilled to capture Jim & Jill's wedding day at the beautiful
Franklin Commons! They had a beautiful and sunny (albeit, a little cold)
fall day, with some perfect fall leaves for a nice backdrop! Plus, DJ
Michael Kane from Silver Sound Entertainment kept the dance floor rocking
all night long. We didn't want this day to end, but we're glad that Jim &
Jill have officially started their adventure!
This wedding was the sixth time in the history of our company that we completed the trifecta - shooting weddings for three siblings. Eric, like his older brother and sister, had an incredible wedding day. A little rain didn’t slow these two down, and the personal vows made editing this one so much fun. The perfect mix of fun and sentiment. Congrats to Tiffany and Eric!
Erin & Andrew brought their dog to their wedding. We could literally stop
talking right now and that would be reason enough to check out their
highlights! They took over the wonderful Hotel Du Pont all day long, and
the party was rocking with CTO Midtown Express on the floor!
Congratulations to Erin and Andrew!
Shelby & Wayne's wedding put the "party" in "wedding party"! Their whole
day was non-stop fun and we were happy to be there for it. Wayne
absolutely nailed it with Shelby's 8-part wedding day gift! They had
perfect fall weather for a perfect fall wedding, and the reception might as
well have blown the roof off of the Executive Banquet Center.
Congratulations to Shelby and Wayne!
Having had the great pleasure of creating wedding videos for Alexa’s brother and sister, we felt like part of the family at this one. And just like the two before, this one was a massive party! A crowd surfing bride and groom was just one of the elements that made this wedding unforgettable. Kudos to Michael for knowing every single word to Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start The Fire” and serenading the crowd.
We were so happy to be on hand for Jaime & Sean Gensert's big day. They
had some beautiful fall weather to help make it a fun day from start to
finish! Speaking of things making it a beautiful day, their venues
certainly helped with that too, from the amazing St. Francis Assisi Church
, through Valley Forge for some great pictures, and wrapping up with the
one and only Drexelbrook...newly refurbished just for them! It was an
absolute blast to be a part of, and we wish them all the happiness and love
that was clearly felt on their wedding day!
Congratulations Jamie and Sean!
Taylor, Ryan and their amazing family and friends (all 350 of them) blew the roof off of the Greate Bay Country Club...in fact we're still not 100% sure if the party ever stopped! This wedding had everything from an adorable flower girl and ring bearer, to a panda mask making its way around the dance floor, and much much more! Congratulations to Taylor and Ryan!
Alexandra & Christopher had one of the most unique wedding days we've ever
seen. At one point in the day, we found ourselves taking the Septa
regional rail to 30th Street Station for photos...that's about as
Philadelphia as it gets! Their whole day was an absolute blast, and we
were happy to be with them every step of the way! Congratulations to the
new Mr. and Mrs. Bonecorse!
It sure seems like we’ve been shooting for a lot of couples lately who have been together forever. Super cool when young love works out! We’ve also had a front row seat to some pretty epic speeches lately, and this one was no different. Listen for the line about Chuck E. Cheese in this one :) Congrats to Kathleen & Nick!
Lindsey & Carter were teenagers when they met as lifeguards at a pool, and its always so cool to see high school sweethearts get married. One very special thing about this wedding was that Carter’s grandfather, a priest, was the officiant. Oh, and also the five-minute rap performed by the maid of honor, Meghan, whose wedding we shot a few years ago. And the dude on the drums. Let’s just call the whole wedding awesome!
Melissa was our kind of bride. She didn’t want to cut the cake or throw her bouquet because she didn’t want to slow the party down. And Kevin rocked that white jacket with style and even nailed a putt while the camera was rolling. Big props to the Janis Nowlan Band who played for two-and-a-half hours straight with only one slow song mixed in to close out the night. THIS was a PARTY!
What an incredible day! Lauren was one of our most energetic and expressive brides of all time, while Matthew was cool, calm and composed all day. They balance each other perfectly and had a blast at their wedding. It was a pleasure shooting with John Barone, one of our favorite photographers, and Masquerade put on a fantastic show at the reception. Dad's quote about his daughter, Lauren, was something we'll never forget. Check out their highlight video to see what we mean.
